Informational Brochure Please CLICK HERE For Registration please CLICK HERE Long-term Care Evacuation Tabletop Exercise - Objectives: - Discuss triggers and the decision-making process to activate emergency plans. - Discuss communication pathways between facility leadership, ESF-8/EOC. - Discuss facility process for tracking of patients, staff, equipment, supplies and records. - Discuss mutual aid agreements for transportation of patients, triggers for activation, and county capacity. - Discuss capacity of receiving facilities for evacuated patients or diverted services.
