Who: Health and medical partners conduct Tabletop Exercise
Where: At your facility with leaders, key staff and support staff
How: Use Manual and Support Materials (see below)
Follow countywide active shooter exercise scenario to be provided
Why: To successfully conduct a “tabletop” / Discussion exercise

Thurs., June 6, 2019, Full-Scale Exercise, Approx. 30-minute Duration
What: All of the above items
Why: To successfully conduct a “Full-scale” exercise
Conduct:
1.) Use your “lock-down” or “shelter-in-place” policy OR Checklist below
2.) Enact your procedure: Secure doors; DO NOT curtail regular operations
3.) Call-down staff, clients, vendors, corporate office, other required entities
Report: By 4:30pm, report your facility status to Hernando ESF-8 Desk, 352-797-5867
- Time lock-down began and ended
- Time call-down began and ended
- # of staff, # clients, # outside contacts
- # of accurate and wrong phone numbers
- # of valid and undelivered emails
- # of texts and wrong numbers
Results: Report successes and action items using a template to be provided
Deliverables
