Fri., Nov. 2, 2018, Tabletop Exercise, Approx. 2-hour Duration

    Who:      Health and medical partners conduct Tabletop Exercise

Where:      At your facility with leaders, key staff and support staff

    How:      Use Manual and Support Materials (see below)

                     Follow countywide active shooter exercise scenario to be provided

     Why:      To successfully conduct a “tabletop” / Discussion exercise

  Results:      Report successes and action items using a template to be provided

 

Thurs., June 6, 2019, Full-Scale Exercise, Approx. 30-minute Duration

     What:      All of the above items

       Why:      To successfully conduct a “Full-scale” exercise

Conduct:

1.)  Use your “lock-down” or “shelter-in-place” policy OR Checklist below

2.)  Enact your procedure: Secure doors; DO NOT curtail regular operations

3.)  Call-down staff, clients, vendors, corporate office, other required entities

Report:  By 4:30pm, report your facility status to Hernando ESF-8 Desk, 352-797-5867   

  • Time lock-down began and ended
  • Time call-down began and ended
  • # of staff, # clients, # outside contacts
  • # of accurate and wrong phone numbers
  • # of valid and undelivered emails
  • # of texts and wrong numbers

Results:      Report successes and action items using a template to be provided

 Deliverables
